Procedure

Phase A – Combine phase A ingredients into main vessel with propeller mixing. Mix until fully uniform. Phase B – Add phase B to the main vessel slowly under propeller mixing (400 rpm). Begin heating the main vessel to 176-194°F (80 to 90°C). Once the desired temperature is reached and all of phase B seems to be solubilized, cover the main vessel with aluminum foil and hold the temperature for 10 to 15 minutes. Then, begin cool down. Phase C – When the main vessel has reached 140°F (60°C), add phase C ingredients in formula order under propeller mixing (300 to 400 rpm) until fully uniform and evenly dispersed. Phase D – Once the main vessel has reached room temperature, add phase D ingredients in formula order under propeller mixing. Phase E – Combine phase E ingredients in a separate vessel and add to the main vessel with continuous mixing. Mixed until well-blended and evenly dispersed. Transfer into final container.
